Book mount IPCs from KEB come in a compact format ideal for use in control cabinets. They support a wide range of industrial automation requirements by offering a variety of processors and operating systems, depending on the needs of the installation. All of the necessary connections and plug-in points are located on the top and front of the device, making it extremely user-friendly.

C6 E22 BM

New IPC series in book format

The C6 E22 BM is the new IPC series in book format and was specially designed for use in industrial control cabinets. The system is based on an Intel® Bay Trail™ platform, with quad-core Celeron J1900 2.0 GHz processor.

The fanless IPC is cooled by an internal passive heat sink and can operate in temperatures up to 50°C with no extra measures needed for cooling. The C6 E22 BM has an input voltage of 24 VDC, with an integrated micro UPS based on four super-capacitors to ensure saving of required data on MRAM.

For additional control and visualization, KEB remote maintenance can be incorporated preventing the need for more costly hardware.

C6 P33 BM

With its mounting design, the C6 P33 BM integrates in the series of the book format IPCs. Its functional equipment is designed for customer with demands for design, size and connection options, who prefer a vertical mounting solution.

Build in sturdy aluminum housing and realized for a rough industrial environment, all requirements on an ergonomic structure are complied.

The system is based on the Intel Celeron 3955U 64 bit dual core processor and offers three Ethernet and two USB 3.0 interfaces in combination with the “All-in-One” motherboard. In addition, the user has a DVI-D video output or alternatively a remote video link connection (RJ45) for distances up to 100m at his disposal.

The smart memory concept represents the maximum flexibility in the application and is completed with a micro UPS for the protection of non-volatile data.

Adapted to the application fields of automation, this system is characterized by its real-time capability and designed hardware for the runtime environment. To extend the functions, KEB remote maintenance can be optionally integrated in addition to control and visualization.

Industrial PC in Book format

The fanless C6 P34 BM is a high-performance industrial PC in book format and is aimed at customers with high demands on performance, design and size, who prefer a vertical mounting solution in comparison to conventional assembly.

This system with a sturdy Aluminum housing is based on the Intel® Skylake™ platform with Core™ i5 quad core 64 bit processor. On the top, the “all in one” motherboard provides four Ethernet and four USB ports as well as a video output via DVI-I or alternatively a remote video link connection (RJ45).

The C6 P34 BM is ideally suited to runtime environment and real-time capabilities. It has been specially designed for industrial applications in the motion control and visualization sector that demand exceptional performance.

For additional control and visualization, KEB remote maintenance can be incorporated, preventing the need for more costly hardware.
